Tempora battered Maryland Soft Shell Crabs with a ramekin of Remoulade dippin sauce.

Then we have Spare Ribs, first in slow cooked for 8 hrs, then basted with my special homemade BBQ sauce, then grilled until caramelized with burnt ends. Then wrapped in foil and a Movers Quilt to further baste in their own juices. Ultimately, plated with a Butternut Squash, spinach and craisin medley along with Butternut Squash cakes.
